New here, not new to exercise and healthy eating!

Hi All,
I just joined, and this looks like a wonderful site!
Ive been exercising for many many years, and already have a very healthy diet, but over the holidays-packed on a few extra pounds that Im still trying to get rid of! Summer is coming quickly (i hope..buried in snow! LOL) so when I found this site, I thought it would really help to track my food and exercise routines!! I exercise 5 days a week, because I love it..total body workouts, pilates, and yoga are some of my favorites..I do not eat beef or pork or anything white! My meals consist mostly of veggies, fruit, grains, proteins and beans..and I love it! It really is amazing how food can make your body feel..when you do it right :)
