Hello everyone,

I am new here and well I just thought being part of a weight-loss community will help me lose the weight I have always wanted to lose yet never managed to.

Hoping I can stick to my diet and exercise plan this time.

    Welcome aboard and good luck. This is an awesome tool to track your caloric intake and exercise! Use it daily and the results will be truely amazing.

    Hi there! welcome! I've been doing this for a month today and so far I've lost 8 pounds! This is a great program, remember to set a goal and track your food before you eat it and it really helps!

    I have only just joined and will start using the tools from tomorrow. I am hoping that having a community might encourage me to stick to the plans.
