Fajita Fun!

Fajitas are a great family friendly dinner. We used to have a self assembled Mexican dinner every Monday like fajitas, tacos, burritos, etc to make Monday a little easier to get through. I am definitely thinking we will have to get back to that!

    we are having fajitas tonight too. they are easy to fix and we can make our own to fit our diet and everyone else in the family can put what they want on it.
