bmr question

Just wondering if my bmr is supposed to be my calorie goal? I am set at 1200 but am not losing as fast as the first couple of weeks and wondered if upping my calories would help? I have been stuck at the same exact weight each week with the same exercise and calorie intake, it's very discouraging. Any input would help, thanks!!

I upped my calories and I gained a little and freaked out but today I'm already back down in weight.

If you don't have a lot to lose eating BMR or slightly more is a good goal. The more you have to lose the more you can be under BMR.
  • Took a quick peek at your dairy and I see a lot of fast food and processed foods. Those have a ton of sodium. You might want to turn on sodium tracking in your diary. Reducing my sodium intake made a huge difference for me.

Make good food choices... stick with fresh and try to stay away from the processed/canned/fast foods... Those will get ya every time.

Also, you don't seem to be drinking your 8 glasses of water a day. Try increasing your water.
