How to log in Jillian Michaels dvds in the exercises?

Just bought a bunch of Jillian Michaels dvds: 30 day shred, Banish fat boost metabolism, yoga meltdown and no more trouble zones. My question is how do I log in these workouts in my exercises?

I usually put circuit training in for the Shred, and aerobic activity in for the boost metabolism.0

i agree. 30 day shred is def considered circuit training so log it as that. banish fat boost metablism i usually do as aerobics-high impact yoga would well be logged as yoga! and no more trouble zones uhmm i think i log as circuit training. Most of her dvds are circuit training in a way cause she is switching it up non-stop and breaking her moves into few min segments at a time.0
