Vibration plates ... Power Plates

I have one of these, does anyone else use them? Apparantly they are good for weight loss/toning up! Only thing is that i cant put up how much calories etc i have lost using it on MFP....

    You mean it does all that and than some but doesnt tell you how many calories you burned. sound like a design flaw i think must machines tell you that because we all want to know. Do you like it? Is it making you stronger?

    I loved the power plate that I used at the gym, people commented all the time when I used it once a week, it really toned me up. Their's didnt give you the calories either and thats a top of the range one.
