Hi just thought id intorduce my self and say hello..

need to start shedding the lbs i have gained since my mother died last summer.. In November 2009 i was 15 10. not great but i was fitting into my nice clothes.. now i dont

i weighed my self lst night and i was 19st 2lbs which is a disgrace.. i dont blame my mothers death for my weight but i have had a i dont care attitude for a while and its time to do something about it...
its the heviest i have ever been so decided to really do something about it now ... Plus with a baby due in July i dont want to be a fat dad who cant keep up so im determined to do something about it now.. starting today..

Going to target 14st 7 by july...goal wise my first is 10% which is more or less 2 stone then another 10% goal once i have reached this goal

I have also joined DW gym last month, which i enjoy and have been going 3 a week.

My weekends are my downfall, an active social life means i can go out with friends and drink about 15 pints in a weekend or go for an indian and we all know how clorific they are!!

Now is my time to change
