Just did her walking away the pounds with bands. What do you put the band part under for exercise or do you just put it all in as walking?

Put it all in as Aerobics, high impact.

I never log it as high-impact...to me, high impact is jumping, etc. I log it as low impact aerobics.0

Bump...I enter mine as Walking, 4.0-4.5 mph depending on which one I do..since you start out slower and then after a few minutes pick up speed and then decrease in speed...I take the average...or at least, thats what i think I'm doing..LOL.0

Love Leslie too. I always top out my calories burned with her videos on Exercise TV. I log in the 1mile(20 minutes) walk as low impact and the 2mile walk(30 minutes) as high impact.:happy: If you really want to get crazy, try Cindy Whitmarsh on Ex Tv.:glasses:0
