Recipe Needed: Cuban Black Beans & Chicken

Howdy!

I am having a super craving for Cuban black beans (frijoles negros) and Chicken. Any awesome South Floridians/Cubans out there than can help me with an authentic recipe? Everything I'm finding online just doesn't seem like the stuff I used to get in Miami.

Btw, I have dry beans and a whole chicken that I want to use in this.

    Sounds YUMMY! I so miss cuban food and jerk chicken. I lived in Ft.Lauderdale area for over 10 years. Anticipating recipe responses!!
