Biggest Loser Workout Video's

Has anyone tried any of the biggest loser workout video's? What is your favorite one if you have tried them?

    I have the yoga one, I've only tried that one once in the three years I've had it.

    I love Last Chance Workout. I mix that one in with my other videos at least once or twice a week. It's a good, hard workout!

    I have a bunch of them - Cardio Max, Power Sculpt, Boot Camp, Yoga, and one other one - I like them all. Boot Camp is a super workout, but I think they are all good. I switch them up so I don't get bored.

    I have the Yoga that I about almost 2 years ago, it kicked my butt when I first started. Haven't tried it since I've been on MFP. I have bought the Power Walk and Cardio Max. The Cardio Max is a great one, really gets you sweating. I use the Power Walk now as a cool down workout.

    I have most of them and The Last Chance Workout, and Boot Camp are my favorite!

    i dont have a tun of weight to loose, so its harder for me to
    but i remember doing the 5 min workout dvd and loosing like 3 lbs in a week
    even before fixing what i eat!

    I have Cardio Max...love it! I've also done Boot Camp and Body Sculpt, I like those too! This morning I tried Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred...good workout!

    When I started on my weight loss journey all I did was Cardio Max and Power Sculpt. They are great workouts! And it's nice to see "real" people doing the workouts instead of skinny fitness models.
  • I've just started Weight Loss Yoga and I really enjoy it. I also like the fact that we have a variety of different body types instead of only super fit people doing the workout. It makes you think "well they're my size/bigger than me. If they can do it, I can!"

    I have it, Cardio and Sculpt...all good.
  • I'm only starting with this workouts, for now i love them all. I like bob too.
