Hi everyone!!

My name is Maria and I'm ready to jump back on the waggon and get to my goal once and for all. I was within 5lbs of my goal weight back in February, but unfortunately, my old habit of stress eating decided to haunt me once I started my first "real world" job in May.

Can't wait to meet everyone!

    I am also new to this site and do alot of "stress eating" myself. I can totally relate! Being overwhelmed is my trigger and I am working on a Master's so I tend to eat while I'm doing homework. It's a horrible feeling :(
  • My name is Amy, I just started coming here Friday and I too can't wait to start on a STRICT diet. I had gained and lose weight since I gave birth 19 years ago. My body is changing and I feel so tired all the time. I will gladly be here with you and others. I work at a university in DeLand, FL. and come home to a hog who cooks alot of fat fried food. So I am trying really hard to get my hubby to change his bad habits that is becoming mine. He weights about 340 pounds and I weight about 173. But if this diet program I am going on in Myherbalife works for me, I want to get my husband into this too.
  • So far I lost 3 more pounds and I just started to use my program called "Herbalife" It is a protiein shake diet actually for lazy people but can be used for a nutritional diet with restrictions and WILLPOWER. I drink 2 shakes a day and 1 regular meal a night. I avoid the sugars and spicy foods and starches and some meats. Some are exceptional but sparingly. If your interested in Herbalife.
