Hello all,
My brother told me to join this site as some girls from his work are on here and told me you could join to help you loose or gain weight.
ive joined to gain weight - writing down what i eat everyday helps me to see where im going wrong
at the moment ive noticed im not eating enough carbs or protein.
Any recipes or tips will be really helpful
& looking forward to make friend with some of you and get help

hi there and welcome! im quite new on here, your actually the first person iv replied to. im on here to loose weight but i would certainly be your friend and help in any way i can :-) hope this works for you.

Hey there! We have the opposite weight problem, but I wanted to commend you for joining to gain! I think a lot of people think the skinnier the better. but there comes a point when you're too skinny and it can get dangerous. Anyway, I hope you find the support you are looking for and are able to put on some pounds in a healthy mannor!0

Welcome. Glad you joined! This is a great site for support and to keep track of what you're eating. Protein will be a big help. You might even shoot for a higher goal than the recommended level. You can customize your goals if you want. And everyone here will help cheer you on.0
