Hello everyone,
Just wanted to say Hello and that I look forward to my new Journey. I am not new to weight loss but have realized that I need help and motivation and can't do this alone. I am in South Florida with my husband and 2 boys and just want to get healthy!

    Welcome! You will love it here. Make sure you log in each day as it will keep you on track. I'm relatively new here....5 weeks, but by tracking and motivation from other members I am down 17 pounds and looking forward to a great summer! I'm from Buffalo NY area....yes, it is still snowing!
