Injury/Sick

I'm really bummed because I have a cold, and my arm is injured temporarily. :/
Is there anything I can do to work out?
I have put it off for a few days so that my arm can heal up a bit, but it still hurts. :[
I really want to work out, but I don't want anything to go wrong.
