Pork Shoulder Steak suggestions?

I picked up a pork shoulder steak for my husband at the store the other day (I'm a vegetarian, so none for me :wink: ). I've never made this cut of meat and was wondering if anyone had any recipes or suggestions. I was going to put it in the crockpot with BBQ sauce this morning, but an ice storm cut out our electricity till late morning, so that didn't happen.

    we love it grilled! you could broil it too, or your crockpot idea would work :)

    Pork is really yummy with rosemary and garlic and maybe some potatoes. You could throw it all in the oven and roast the potatoes with the pork. If he likes spicy foods you can rub some spices such as smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, pepper, cumin and broil it.
