Hello everyone. I'm really glad I found this site. It seems so easy to use. Tracking really helps me control what I'm eating so I'm hoping this is the boost I need to get my weight loss started before summer rolls around. My goals are to lose 15 pounds and exercise 5 times a week.

    Yes it is wonderful to be able to track you food intake each day and monitor your exercise. Good luck with the 15 lbs, I am sure you will be very sucessful.

    and we have similar goals...
    I am finding this site very helpful as well.... I like the visuals and how it calculates all of the nutrition and information ~
    the charts and visuals are a great help as well. I also like that I can use it on my phone...
    and look up food etc.

  • Like you, I am glad I found this site as well. I only recently learned of it as an iphone app. Tracking your food makes you more conscious of what you are putting in your mouth and your body.

    I pray that you achieve and exceed your goals on your road to a new and healthier you!
