DELICIOUS Low calorie / Low sodium chicken spaghetti!
I posted this in a blog about a week ago, and it is sooo yummy! I thought I would share this with all of you!
DELICIOUS Low calorie / Low sodium chicken spaghetti!
ok so today I was looking for something different to make my family that actually had some flavor, so when I went shopping I decided to try that new Philadelphia cream cheese Italian cheese and herb. SO here is what I came up with....
24 oz of chicken tenderloin
1 container of Italian cheese and herb Philadelphia cream cheese
1 box / 14 oz of Ronzoni whole wheat blend pasta -spaghetti
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
10 asparagus chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tblsp olive oil
3/4 tsp of garlic sea salt
2 tsp McCormicks garlic and onion melody
I sauteed asparagus, and red peppers until almost tender then added mushrooms until done in 1/2 tblsp of olive oil and season for taste with the garlic and onion melody.
.Then set that aside and then cooked the green onions and chicken together in the rest of the olive oil and the garlic sea salt and the melody. when chicken is done I added the container of cream cheese and veggies.
Cook noodles as directed
then eat! lol
Then ingredients I used have 359 calories 10g fat 72 chol 491 sodium 46 carbs 7 fiber 2.6 sugar
Thats at 7 servings.

Sounds awesome! Never thought to use cream cheese. Much better than the salty cream of chicken I normally use. Thanks!0
