hey everyone..... im starting p90x tonight and i dont have a HRM monitor yet, so when i get done with the first days exercise, which is chest and back and of course the ab ripper x what would i enter it on in the exerise portion??? to make sure im entering right.,....

    1 hour of strength training under cardio. Good luck
  • The calories burned calculation will likely not be right no matter how you log it unless you have a HRM.

    Honestly, it completely depends on your heart rate which needs to be tracked during your exercise routine. You should really invest in one and start tracking. Then you can create your own exercises and track actual calories burned. I do P90X and that is the best way to do it. YOu can get an inexpensive HRM at Target or Walmart for under 30 dollars which will be just fine.
