I need help!? I think I am doing WAY to much Cardio?:(

So I was doing some reading on Over-exercising. My goal for a long time was to do 1 hour a day cardio and after doing some research I found that if you do more than 45mins your body stops burning fat and Starts to burn muscle mass. ??? I Decided to change things up and did 30-45 mins of High Intensity Inter-volt Training. (HIIT) I immediately saw results! =0 I know you are constantly breaking down and re building muscle tissue anyway. But, What I am talking about is from over-exercising its not natural. Does any one else know what I am talking about? Also I feel bad about not doing an hour any more. I have General Anxiety Disorder and exercising REALLY helps me calm down and relax.....Sometimes I cant sleep unless I do a workout! Any advice? =[ I really need some help.
