String cheese browned in a skillet. It tastes pretty close a grilled cheese!!

    oean spray cherry flavoured craisins, they are my sweet treat and still have some good benefits just limit it to 1/3 cup or 40g per day.

    Cooking spray or a tiny bit of olive oil.

    How many carbs are in the yogurt? Im currently on a low carb diet. Actually, its not really a "diet". I love it ...I'll probably stick with it forever.

    Quaker Lightly Salted Rice Cake with 1 tsp. peanut butter and a sprinkling of raisans on top. Very filling and satisfying.

    Your sounds very interesting. How do you eat it?

    Mine is a gala apple, sliced, with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Love it!

    I just browned it on all sides and let it sit for a couple of seconds and ate it like normal. Obviously I didn't pull strings of cheese off! I just bit into it.
