HIIT Treadmill

I am going to try it out for the first time tonight. Have researched it a bit any major suggestions?

If you can pre-program the treadmill, it helps a lot, so you don't have to worry about futzing with the speed controls. Although, if you haven't done it before, I guess it makes more sense to do it manually for a few sessions to get a feel for the intensity levels. I keep the mill at an incline the whole time as a way to bump up intensity without have to run so fast that the thing shakes like crazy.
