Hello everyone,

I am New to all of this.. I am a True Cigarette Smoker and Beer Drinker. My Daughter asked me 2 years ago to please quit smoking, and I did.. with that.. I cut my drinking down to Once a week, On the weekends. I joined a gym, bought a Mountain Bike, and joy riding.. I have added Running recently to my exercise program because I am not a fan of Crowded Gyms. ESPECIALLY in the winter.. its just madness waiting around for a machine.

I like keeping track of the Cals.. I like the challenge of staying Under Goal for the day. I am around 210 to 215 Lbs and would like to get down to 200 or Lower. This is where my Problem is.. I have not been under 200 in over 15 years. Im hoping to reach that goal this year.

Add me as a friend so we can Keep each other Motovated... I always start off Strong and slowly get off my track...
