I just recently started all of this and am very excited! I just hope I stick with it this time. I absolutely love this site, I found it as an app on my phone and it got me back to keeping track of my calories. I started last month for two weeks writing everything down. It lasted two weeks, which sadly, is the longest I've stuck with anything. Hoping to make this time stick! I just want to feel better about me and set a good example for my son. Good luck everyone!
