This is my first time donig this stuff. I got a quick lesson from a friend. I am in the begining of a divorce and yes wtather or not it should this defines me at the moment. I have rapidly lost 20 lbs in the las 5 months with out thinking about it and I do not want to hurt my self just was not thinking about food till reacently. I talked with a fried she says if I want to do it the right way I will eat 1200 calories a day and exercise any more that I eat. So I trying it out and here I am.

its not too low, I set her up the account and it recomends her to eat 1200 a day, just like I said. Dont worry, I made sure it was right. And when I told her 1200, I was just saying that she shouldnt be eating any less than that so she doesnt starve her body.
