new & cute tickers

I found a cute website called Lillyslim.com and it has cute tickers. I want to add one but I am missing the " signature" button under settings. I searched everywhere, on how to add a ticker. I saw where it says add it under the signature thing, but how do I find it?

You're in the right spot, right now...look above your post and click on signature in the Home>Recent Posts> yada yada yada...
