I have a serious calorie counting/ weight obsession. I get really upset when i eat a big meal, and sometimes it happens, like tonight. I am just like this is the last straw. I have to lose this last 10 lbs! i lost 10 in the fall and now I am going for 10 more to be at my ideal weight of 121 lbs. I started at 143. Support is desperately needed, help me to not give up or give in to the temptations of sugar. aka... PEANUT M&MS

I agree w you!! Im the same way. I have some what of an obsession with calories and all that as well. Im constantly thinking about it like non-stop and feel quilty as well when i know im eating anything thats high in calories and beat myself up for it. I tend to always de-rail my efforts late at night w the snacking and am thinking i NEED TO STOP NOW as well and just get on with this!!!!!!!! I feel ya!!! I was at 138 then gained some due to a depression problem and am now sittin round 150 and am so determined to get back to where i was before depression and then an ultimate goal of 125-130. (Most my adolescent yrs, i was reallyyy overweight so for me, thats a good weight!) I deal with the same thing so im not sure how helpful w advice i can be! I try not to keep snacks even in the house besides maybe one or 2 healthy type snacks (fruit, greek yogurt, popcorn) I cant eat what is not there! I have a picture of jillian michaels (love her!) on the outside of the pantry as to try to keep me motivated so when im tempted to open that up and look for snacks, im reminded of my goals and that i wanna look like that!! I would love to be buddies and we can chat about it w eachother and keep eachother focused and motivated!!!0
