So i weighed in this morning , stunned by the scale - am i supposed to start gaining weight before i actually lose it ???

I have worked out every day , i have eaten within my recommended calorie intake and still my weight has increaseed ..

Obviously not a good start - I know its only been 1 week but i have negative vibes now ...

Do you think that my metabolism is ' ruined ' - I am recovering form ED , i just feel like my body is not happy with the calorie over load as its used to starving .. any suggestions , any advise , anybody ???
