So excited I am finally seeing results!

So I have been on here for a while but never took it seriously, anyways 3 weeks ago I decided that I would begin to take it seriously because I was not happy with my weight or the way I looked. I stuck it out for 3 weeks with treadmill walks and zumba and watching my calories thanks to mfp. I began to see a few ounces finally come off, and even though it is not much I have managed to go down a little over 3 lbs and lost a few inches overall!

I could not believe it! It works! All my hard work is FINALLY beginning to pay off! I was in a rut and wasn't losing any weight; only after reading some of the blogs and discussions on here did it finally begin to make sense and I adjusted accordingly and my weightloss finally continued I asked my husband to pull down a box of clothes I have not fit into in years and tried on a few things this morning and they fit! I am like bouncing off the roof right now with excitement! I feel great! This just keeps me motivated to keep fighting those urges to just sit on the couch and do nothing or to hit the soda. I am stoked! Now only 29lbs to go and I am at my ultimate goal weight!

never give up no matter what, perseverance is the key. I believe as long as ur doing the right things you will eventually see results. I know the feeling of those clothes getting bigger; happy 4u & keep up the gr8 job:bigsmile:
