Power Half Hour

Morning all--

I'm going to do the Power Half Hour arm toner DVD here in a few minutes. I've done these workouts in the past so I can tell you how awesome/effective they are, especially in only 30 minutes time.

QUESTION: what do I search for to log that type of exercise on this site? I've heard calisthenic exercise, but on this site, it only lists as push ups and sit ups....should I use that anyways? I just know those DVDs are more than that is all...
