Today is my Day 1 for Shakeology cleanse-I'm sure it will be great, but has anyone tried it before??

Yes but I modified it because the calories are way to low. I added my whey protein to the shakes I used for my meals, add flax seed and added lots and lots of veggies. You really can't workout hard doing this because you will not get enough calories and will probably be hungry. That was the hardest part for me lots of shakes and not feeling full longer or hungry.

Thank you so much for the suggestions..I think I will be modifying just a bit like you said. I'm taking a small break from my vids and just walking during this too!!
    Thanks again so much!!

I have tried the shakeology cleanse a few months ago and I really should have modified it because I was SO hungry by the end of day 2, I ended up over eating at a Thai restaurant (because I was invited to go out with friends, but tempatation and starvation don't go so well together haha).

Shaeology itself is great--I still try to have one shake (usually for lunch) and it keeps me really healthy. I actually used to be a beach body coach myself, but trying to finish up college, the time, energy and money all started to get tight so I since "quit" that position.

So highly reccommended to add more calories than just the shakes, as healthy as they are

I decided to double up on my fruits and add a few veggies so I at least hit my 1200 cals. I am going to see how I feel at the end of today and go from there for tomorrow...so I REALLY appreciate the suggestions. I tend to get pumped about cleanses and such and end up ruining them because Im starving lol..so I want to do this one right!!
My husband is a bb coach-I would love to be one someday, but I am in the same boat as you-with school and big life events, so I'm on the sidelines for now. I do LOVE his discount though!! :)
