Did I eat too fast?

Ok, just polished off a bowl of oatmeal. But my stomach is feeling bloated. I can usually eat about 2 packs, but I'm working on my portion control. I have been getting more active with my kids during the day, so could the exercise be shrinking my tummy? Or is it just that oatmeal is thick? And I haven't even eaten my banana yet!

  • Oatmeal IS thick. I have it almost every day. I would make sure you're drinking lots of water with it. And if you feel too full eat your banana a little later. I've learned that it's okay to space out your food!
