Does anyone have a sweet potato muffin recipe?

A while ago (and i'm kicking myself for not printing it and making it when I first saw it!) I saw a recipe for sweet potato muffins. I was telling my husband about them (who likes sweet potatoes but not as much as me) and he suggested we tried them out at the weekend.

Trouble is, i can't find the recipe - can anyone help????
