It's Working!

One thing that is REALLY working for me is eating smaller meals throughout the day every 2-3 hours. I'm never hungry, I am eating good fuel for my workouts, and I'm losing weight like crazy! :) I hope it continues to come off!

    That is awesome! Congrats!! I find that I do better with smaller more frequent meals as well.
  • Way to go! You're looking really good. I wish I would have had your attitude after the birth of my first born who is now 15 yrs old. I finally kicked my health into gear after the birth of my 4th baby. I now have 5 kids and feel better than I did 15 yrs ago! Congratulations!
