Well... unfortunately I gained a pound. But i'm not that upset. I worked out only 3 days last week and good ole aunt flo is in town. BUT! The last time aunt flo was here was the week we started this program and I lost 5lbs that week so... i've already worked out an hr. today and plan to at least 3 more times this week. Also started the C25K plan so hope that helps and the Slim Fast to give me a little boost for the week.

I know I am late on my post was out of town.
Starting weight was 207.8
Week 1 weight was 206.2.
Week 2 weight was 203.5
Week 3 weight was 203. 4
Week 4 weight is 204. 2
I had a horrible 2 weeks due to being sick and out of town I am definitely going to push this last week.0
