Hey Guys! I am new to this. Looks pretty cool so far but not to thrilled about counting calories but I HAVE TO DO THIS! I am just not happy the way I look. I used to be HOT but not soo HOT any more. I have gone from weighing 120/130 lbs to 170lbs & I haven't even had any children! I have support at home but for some reason I am just too lazy and put it off or come up with a million excuses why I can't do it!

Oh darlin' I have gone through the same thing....I used to be 137 and now I am pushing 160. It irritates the piss out of me. Hopefully this website will help you stay motivated and acheive the goals you want. Add me if you would like for extra support.0

Add me as a friend if you would like. Counting the calories is easy. You don't really need to look anything up. Most items or similar in the MFP database. The hardest part is the portion size. I try to figure out what a cup of something is and then base it on that.

You sound like me! I use to be a Hot mamma now I hate looking at myself in the mirror....especially with the extra fab that I see hang over my jeans. LOL.

Count me in too! LOL! Used to be in the 120's, went up to 130's and peaked out in the 160's! I have to say that counting the calories and eating the right foods has been pretty easy. I can even still "cheat" and have my sweets and stay under my calorie goal with exercise. I love this site and just seeing the lbs come off and seeing the tummy get smaller is motivating me! Feel free to add me as a "friend" for support if you'd like!!0

Thanks guys for your support! I am sure going to need it! I just love the junk food! I also have a weird problem. I am allergic to fresh fruits & veggies! I know very werid. So it makes it extra hard for me to eat heathly!0

I understand I am lazy also. The great thing is that even if you do no exersice at all you will still be losing weight just with the counting of calories. I feel like I am not doing anything but the weight is coming off. Sometimes when I feel up to it i will exercise and then I feel great and the weight comes off even faster and you will be stronger that way also. But YOu will still lose even if you don't exercise.0
