I'm confused!:I had my fitness evaluation last Friday. They make you do several excercises, count your heart rate, messure your flexability, calculate you BMI and total body fat by pinching "my fat" and doing a waist/hip ratio.
So the results showed:
My cardio sucks!!! (I think I knew that one..LOL)
My BMI is two points over my "healthy" range
My stregnth test was "excellent"
I need to lose a minimum of 11 pounds to be in the upper limits of my "ideal body weight" (although we both agreed I need to loose 30 lbs)
But here is the kicker:.....My body fat was withing "NORMAL LIMITS". How can this be???? I'm overweight, I'm seditary (or was until this week) I eat and drink all the wrong foods!!
:noway:
Any thoughts?

How did they measure your BF? Some methods (like calipers) can be extremely inaccurate.
