Shake Weight

I just got a shake weight & have been using it every day. My arms are really feeling it. I'm just not sure what to log that as? Is it cardio or strength training?

I love mine and have seen just under a two inch lose after a month. The muscle is becoming lean and long too. I need a lot more loss though. I like how quick the dvd is and that I can really feel my arms working.0
