HI I was on jenny craig which is too expensive and now I'm trying this per their recommendation. I notice the protein is an issue. I keep going over but learned I need to change the settings b/c what is listed isn't always what each person needs. I also am having trouble getting in 1200 calories of good food and I am going below my calories for the day. I also feel bloated for some reason. Maybe it was what was in Jenny Craigs food. I am also very moody and feel completely different. I want to fix this.

Any suggestions?? I need to keep loosing weight!!!
