Ladies who have had babies know what I'm talking about, right? It's this awful thing that's hard to get rid of. Below the belly flab and fat.

    Unfortunately, there's no way to 'spot reduce' the fat. :angry:

    But there are some great exercises for toning up the ab muscles!

    Planks are awesome. Biggest bang for the buck in terms of time!:smile:

    So are reverse abdominal curls.

    cardio, cardio, and more cardio. Also strangth training. Intervals are a great form of cardio that reduce all over fat. Also, VERY strict diet. Low carb low sodium.

    running everyday and kickboxing 2/3 times a week has tighted my tummy!
  • If you are not into the classic exercises you might try Bellydancing! There are muscle moves in there that work the whole area and it's fun, you can get your cardio in (without it you can't burn up the fat), and its sexy!! :bigsmile:
