What is the best workout schedule???

Ok Guys,
I have just started the Jillian Michael 30 day shred, 3 days ago... My Normal schedule is MWF-Legs and abs... Sunday, Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays are usually 1 hour of cardio and a couple of days of Upper body... Should I do the shred everyday for 30 days and continue doing my normal schedule above??? or do I just do the Shred and cardio not do the strength training??? I just want to get the best work out I can without over doing it!!!!!

Actually, a good personal trainer will tell you not to do 30 Day Shred every day, because your muscles need a day in between to repair. (A certified personal trainer/sports nutritionist told me this). So maybe you can throw in 30 Day Shred in place of strength one day, and cardio another day? Hope that helps.0

The best workout schedule is one that you DO and enjoy!
How many people spend a fortune on exercise equipment that's then just stored under the bed... treadmills dusting in a spare bedroom, DVDs used once etc.
The most important thing - whatever you decide to do - is to stick with it long enough to make a difference.0
