    I love how the majority of those foods are actually liquids :drinker:

    I wish there were more "no calorie" snacks to actually chew on.

    I'm ALWAYS wanting to snack snack snack.

    Thanks for the post though, doesn't iced tea with an orange wedge sound absolutely delicious?

    Agreed. One thing to do is soak slcied cucumbers in salt for ten minutes. rinse, then add 1/4 of white rice vinegar and a teaspoon of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Let 'cure' for as long as you like. I like to eat them realitively fast, as I hate pickels!! But it's a good alternative to potatoe chips.

    Coffee is calorie free. As long as you don't add any milk or sugar.

    I load mine up with splenda and fat free french vanilla creamer and it turns into quite a delicious (almost) calorie free cup of chemical coffee candy :tongue:

    I sort of decided once I started really counting calories and working out that I can have as much chemical no cal sweetner, aspertame, & phenyluktronics as I damned well pleased!!! I need my sugar fix, and it helps.
