are you getting enough iron in your diet? My husband has been really tired and when he went for a check up they found out he was anemic. Try taking iron pill and see if it helps at all.

Ah, the power of stress. . .

the whole pre-wedding thing is a nightmare. Also, do you have any summer allergies? (these REALLY sap my energy levels)

You can check your iron intake in the "reports" tab under "nutrition". I pulled mine up in my Dr.'s office (I am the queen of nerdlandia) when he was concerned I might be anemic. Just under nutrition change "net calories" to "iron". . .and check it against what's a proper intake.

I am always amazed at how much stressful periods affect my energy levels. If it's at all possible, let yourself have a little more sleep. Sometimes when we're tired, we need more rest.

Thanks, I will do so, although I am fairly certain that my multi vitamines are a good source of iron for me!

I will definately look into this!

I've been tired as well lately, I didn't even know you could check your iron levels through MFP, I checked mine and they are way down, I will have to start taking supplements.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding, my brother got married last July in our backyard, we had so much fun. I think July weddings are so beautiful.

Aww thanks, were getting married out doors and have a very talented guitarist friend who is doing all of or ceremony music!

As for my iron intake, looks to be ok on a whole, not even including the multi vitamines. Im hoping it is just stress.

they help with symptoms, but actually increase my fatigue. I mostly just take a nap (when I can squeeze it in) and extra vitamin C (I drink this package of stuff called "Emergen C" which is also a good energy booster).
