Hey everybody, my name's Jason. I am currently a college student in his junior year. One of the biggest problems throughout college is lack of exercise, resulting in weight gain. I am trying to lose weight by exercising and watching what I eat, although it is VERY tempting to eat anything on sight! I am also really trying hard to get a swimmers body, so I would like recommendations (from anybody) on what types of exercises/strength training or food to eat to keep myself "healthy". Thanks!
