biggest loser - wii fit

Hey anyone who uses this? How do you log it on here? i logged it as circuit training....but it gave me 368 calories and i dont think thats very accurate...maybe i should log it as wii fit medium intensity....help?

I just picked up the two games and have not tried it. I wish there was a better way to log it as well.0

Well I work out with the EA Active 2 for the wii. Even though that comes with its own heart monitor I don't trust it. I use my own heart monitor with chest strap and plug in what I burnt manually.0

yes i use the wii active, i also wear my own HRM and manually add what i did and burnt cals. What i actually burn and what the game tells me I burnt are sooooo far off i would never trust it, your working way harder than the game is capable of knowing and measuring your own heartrate throughout. I stronly suggest getting a chest strap HRM for anyone who excersises if they want good accuracy. good luck0
