So I am a very stressful person. I find it stressful to lose weight because of my PCOS and I have some family issue that keeps me stressed out. I have heard that being stress can make you keep on the weight. Not to mention the knots in my muscles or the tension headaches I get. So how do you reduce your stress? How do you know when you feel less stressful?
