Ok, so I work in an office with NO LUNCH break, which is OK since I work 9-5. There is plenty of busy work so I just eat at my desk in between customers. I am frustrated with the constant hunger because my metabolism is working OVERTIME due to my constant eating.. which is OK too.. but I need to figure out how to get less calories and MORE food in my belly to satisfy the growling beast within.

I do have a refridgerator so things that need to be cold are ok!

HELP! I need ideas for healthy LOW calorie snacks - Veggie, Fruit, and others. I grow tired of the same ole' carrots or celery bit. I want a bit more to my veggies. Any any any suggestions? Thanks!

  • High protein, filling snacks: Greek yogurt dip w/ veggies, flavored Greek yogurt w/ a couple tablespoons granola, hummus w/ veggies, Kashi bars, almonds or pistachios.

You can eat cooked vegi cold too:
    - Sugar snap peas (I prefer lightly boiled, 2 min, then cool it down in ice water right away)
    - Cauliflower (I like lightly cooked too, not too crunch not too mushy)
    - Stir fried (very little oil) tofu cubes (good protein right there)
    - Edamame (either boil them, or use pre-cooked frozen ones. Thaw and eat them cold)
    - Fruits (pre-cut them, so you can eat them without mass, and quick access)
    - handful of nuts (any nuts you like) in a bag or small container
