urge to cheat and have a piece of Garlic bread at dinner. It smells so good. I know one piece wouldn't be horrible even though it takes me over my carbs and calories for the day, but I am a bread junkie. Seriously, I used to eat a loaf at a time. I love it. Especially out of the oven. So I know if I eat one piece I probably will not stop. I even feel shaky like an addict. Keep me motivated please

  • I don't think one piece will hurt you. Make it up with a workout =)

    Well, I did cave. I did not go over on calories, but I did go over on carbs and a little over protein. Oh well. At least I didn't eat the cake in my fridge

    going over the protein is no problem. i look at the protein goal as a minimum rather than a maximum.

    as long as you stay under the calories thats the main thing

    Eating one can be better than stressing out over it and later eating a whole or even half a loaf. :) I love garlic bread too. The Olive Garden bread sticks OMG hard to stop eating those suckers especially when they will just keep bringing them. lol
