British Burger with Fried Onions

Hi guys! 
I'm relatively new here and I couldn't find a similar post so if there's one please tell me so and I'll delete this one. Anyway I'm from England and my guilty pleasure is eating a 1/2 Cheeseburger with fried onions on market days. I've been searching the database for Calorie count and I haven't found any. Anyone else who loves this food and can give me a rough estimate with regards to its content? I've been dieting for almost 2 weeks now and lost 7 lbs so far. Tomorrow I'm going to give myself a treat and eat me some cheeseburger. (1/2 to 1/4 of course as I cannot be to lax on the diet)
