Do you have any little dieting tricks?

I eat a lemon after every evening meal, I read the citric acid aids digestion. I also drink herbal teas like green tea, fennel and peppermint.

Well my biggest problem is that I'm a snacker. So whenever I feel peckish I drink a glass of water and wait 30 minutes to see if I really still want it. That usually quells any snacking, and if I still want it, then I figure out how much 100 calories would be. Lost 10 lbs so far!0

i love love love green tea..don't know if its helping me or anything but I genuinely feel better when I have it regularly and get really bloated when I don't!
i drink water before every meal - 1 pint where possible but usually at least a glass
and I'm trying to eat my own home made foods rather than shop bought meals - veg curry is my current top meal to make0 -
I eat some apple before meal time About 15 minutes before... it helps me!0

Carrots, cucumber, salad greens, boiled eggs and baked chicken breasts in the fridge at all times. Quick easy low cal high protein snacks. Lots of water.0

I eat natural, whole foods, nothing processed. And I avoid refined sugar as much as possible.0
