Along the day I've consumed around 700 calories. Do you think a little bycling, crunches and no dinner (Well, maybe an apple or something like that..)and no snacks for today could make me no to loose my weight-progress? Also I wanted to know if is recommended doing crunches, because I've heard that if I do crunches without losing all the fat in my belly it will be transformed as muscle and it will never be flat
is that true???
Most part of my torso is all fat and I want a flat belly by summer ._.

Fat doesn't transform into muscle...ever.
You need to eat more calories during the day, and start a cardio/strength training regimen if you want to lose belly fat.0 -
You need to workout your whole core area, you can't just work one part of the abs - and you need to watch your sodium as well. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day in order for your body not to eat your muscle tone etc. You need your protein in your diet, you need to get on a good meal plan, and post workout foods...
I have been doin' Power90 - and it does come with Ab Ripper - 10 exercises of abs.
I wish you the best...xo0 -

700 calories + an apple for dinner + exercise = not healthy
I hope you would reconsider your decision to not eat the rest of the night. Eating the right amount of food is essential to health & fitness. You need to at least eat the minimum amount of calories per day. You've done a tremendous job losing weight thus far on your journey (congrats!)....but do you really want to "mess" it up by not eating...developing an eating disorder....and then re-gaining ALL of the weight back PLUS more later??? Not to mention all of the interal and external side effects your body will go through. Honestly, doing this will completely mess up your metabolism for life. For LIFE!!!! Its not worth it one bit. I promise you! Its not healthy to restrict your calorie intake for the sake of your body. Trust me...I have some lifelong effects of an eating disorder that I went through during my youth. Eating right and exercise will get you to your goal...it will be hard...especially since you are so close. But, don't risk your life and your health just to get there, especially when the path is an unhealthy one.0
